Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email hello@theacquabrand.com with your order number.


Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

Tags attached and hygiene liner intact (where applicable)

No marks, fragrance, deodorant or signs of wear

Returns must be sent using a trackable service

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item within 14 days of delivery.
We make small runs, so exchange availability can’t be guaranteed. For the quickest turnaround, we recommend placing a new order for the size/style you want, and we’ll refund your original order as soon as it arrives back with us.
